Back-to-school season always feels like its own little reset. Even though I’m not the one packing a backpack anymore, the shift in rhythm still hits — earlier mornings, quicker dinners, and a craving for meals that bring calm to the chaos.
This week’s stack is exactly that: cozy, high-protein, family-friendly meals that feel nostalgic (tater tots, cookie dough, cinnamon rolls!) but nourishing enough to actually carry you through the week. These are the recipes I’m leaning on right now aka equal parts fun and functional.
