the weekly stack 9/22-9/28
a fresh stack to take the edge off Monday
By the time Sunday night rolls around, I don’t want to think about what’s for dinner on Wednesday or whether there’s something quick to grab for breakfast. That’s why I build these stacks. One round of cooking, seven recipes in the fridge, and suddenly the week feels lighter.
This stack is all about practicality: meals that come together without a lot of steps, casseroles you can dump and bake, snacks that keep you from grabbing whatever’s easiest, and breakfasts that reheat without turning soggy. It’s food that fits real life—busy evenings, hungry kids, and those in-between hours where you need something fast.
Meal prep doesn’t have to be complicated to work. The goal is to fill your kitchen with food you’ll actually eat, food that makes the week feel less like a scramble. That’s what these recipes do, and why I keep coming back to this rhythm week after week.
If you’re new here, every weekly stack includes two breakfasts, two snacks, and three dinners, although this may be adjusted now and then—seven recipes, all high-protein, cozy, and family-friendly. Paid subscribers always get the stacks first, plus extra recipes and behind-the-scenes peeks at how I put them together.
