After kids, postpartum, and feeling completely off in my own body, I started learning how to support my hormones, simplify wellness, and make it all feel fun again. This space is where I share what’s helped—from high-protein meals and low-tox swaps to little things that make everyday life feel just a little lighter.
It’s not perfect, it’s not all-or-nothing, and it definitely includes a few snacks tucked in my purse at all times.
